How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched in 1-3 business days and delivered in 7-20 business days (typically 10-15), with tracking.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order.

Using the camera

Do I need internet or a SIM card?
Not for the float cameras. They create their own WiFi signal that your phone connects to directly - no internet, no SIM, no monthly fees. The 4G Paddock Camera is the exception: it streams over the mobile network and needs your own 4G data SIM.

Will it work on my aluminium float?
Yes. The camera holds on with a magnet, which needs steel. For aluminium or fibreglass floats, add our Adhesive Mount Plate - it gives the magnet a steel surface to grip.

How long does the battery last?
Around 6 hours of continuous streaming per charge (based on customer reports). For longer trips you can run the camera from a USB power bank, or choose the Solar edition, which tops itself up from daylight.

Can I see my horse at night?
Yes - every camera has true infrared night vision for a clear view inside a dark float.

Does the 4G Paddock Camera work in Australia?
Yes. It supports 4G LTE Band 28 (700 MHz), the band used across rural Australia. You supply your own 4G data SIM.
