Returns & Refunds
Faulty, damaged or not as described. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind. We can't accept returns simply for change of mind, so please choose carefully before ordering. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to start a claim. Email manewise.support@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if the item is faulty or damaged. We'll reply with the next steps and process any approved refund within 5 business days, to your original payment method.
